Pros

She has made this entire experience feel so personal and comfortable from the very beginning. She is incredibly easy to talk to, always willing to answer my questions, and has been there whenever I’ve needed her. I truly don’t think this process would have been nearly as smooth or positive without her support, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire journey.
