Travel Cardiac/Echo Sonographer jobs in Macon, Georgia let you perform advanced cardiac imaging for pediatric and adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Solid experience with newborns all the way up to geriatrics.  Shift 10hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information 0800-1830 On Call, Call Back Requirements 1 night call shift per week. EOS until 0700 the following morning. Most likely a week day, but could be a weekend Weekend Rotation Not required at this time Holiday Requirements Call only on major holidays. Eve of holidays, department is open. Could be on call for 50% of holidays per contract Floating Requirements None You will work in echo suites, TEE rooms, and at the bedside, supporting a large structural heart program and handling a daily census of 40-60 patients. Candidate must be comfortable doing pediatric scans. Common diagnoses include CHF, pre and post Cath, CABG, Watchman, TAVR, PFOs, bubble studies, aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, stroke, and ER cases. Required qualifications are two years of acute care Echo experience, BLS, and ARDMS-RDS or RDCS certification. You will use EPIC EMR and Philips Cardiovascular/ISCV/Intellaspace PACS, with Philips and GE equipment. Macon offers vibrant music history, outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community.
