StartDate: 10/12/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2741.00 - $2824.00

PT needed asap Board certified, state license, BLS required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor?s): Required Master's Degree: Preferred Doctorate Degree: Preferred Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required Physical Therapist (PT): Required

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
