We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a busy and collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve function, restore confidence, and achieve meaningful quality-of-life goals through evidence-based treatment and individualized care plans. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule of five days per week, eight-hour shifts, with patient appointments scheduled in 60-minute treatment blocks. Hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., allowing providers the time needed to deliver high-quality one-on-one care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The position is expected to begin on December 14. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or specialized interest in pelvic health rehabilitation. Pelvic Floor Certification is preferred, and therapists with training in pelvic floor dysfunction, women's health, post-partum rehabilitation, pelvic pain management, incontinence treatment, and related specialties are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and treating a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation professionals. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness. You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress toward functional goals, document care accurately, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to support optimal outcomes.
