Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is based in a busy North West Medical Center. This role involves working in a 4-room Cath Lab with a team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care for cardiovascular procedures. Candidates will join a fast-paced, patient-centered environment requiring technical proficiency and teamwork.

Job Details

• Location: 2801 North State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063
• Shift: Day shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Type of staff: One or two positions available, with a vacancy to be filled
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications; have at least 1 year of relevant experience; and possess competence in Special Procedures & GE Innova.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with RCIS certification will be considered first.
• Unit Information: Four rooms, each with one patient, staffed by 22 team members including RNs and Techs.
• Typical Procedures: Cardiac Catheterizations, Cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT Lab procedures, all performed using GE equipment.
• Personality Fit: Ideal candidates are team players, critical thinkers, patient care-focused, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dress Code: All candidates must wear unit scrubs in red and gray for Cath & EP Labs.
• Additional Information: The role involves frequent on-call duties requiring flexibility and adaptation to unit needs.
