A Physical Therapist (SNF) position is available in Salinas, California. The role involves evaluating and treating Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) patients within a collaborative care environment. - Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating and treating SNF patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, and completing documentation in Net Health per facility standards.
