Description
Job Summary
This position is for a CT Technologist working in a North Idaho healthcare facility. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT and X-Ray, in a fast-paced emergency setting. The selected candidate will work rotating weekends and night shifts, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care within a newly established Free Standing Emergency Room.
Job Details
- Location: North Idaho, within a Free Standing Emergency Room facility
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT-CT certification, ARRT-R certification, 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diagnostic imaging procedures, familiarity with GE imaging equipment and GE PACS, Meditech, and Clario documentation systems
- Responsibilities: Performing diagnostic imaging studies, including CT and X-ray, following established protocols and safety guidelines, maintaining patient comfort and safety, and ensuring accurate documentation
- Additional Information: The role may involve shifts at the main hospital campus on occasion. The unit is equipped with advanced GE imaging technology and staffed with experienced ER radiology staff. Candidates should be able to adapt to a dynamic emergency setting, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
