Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapist (RTT) position is based in Concord, North Carolina. This role involves providing ambulatory and oncology radiation therapy services within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position offers a schedule from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Location: Concord, North Carolina
- Schedule: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; Minimum hours per week: 40
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of Therapeutic Radiology; ARRT (Therapeutic Radiology Technology) registration; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of radiation therapy experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Ambulatory and Oncology Radiation Therapy experience; EMR experience with EPIC, Aria; experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
- Support within the Department: Chief Radiation Therapist (RT) on site
- Technology/Equipment: Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC, Aria; Department-specific equipment: Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
- Additional Information: No weekends; No call; Travelers will work 75% of holidays; Departmental orientation; Employee parking - free; Scrub color: Black scrubs
- Float: Float rotation may be required
