Job Details

- Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: The position involves flexible work options with either guaranteed or non-guaranteed hours, including weekend and outside area travel as needed. The selected candidate may see Covid-positive and PUI (Person Under Investigation) patients. Payment is based on per visit basis, with hours approved per visit. All credentials and documentation must mirror the confirmed agreement. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and cannot be added post-confirmation.
