Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 4x10-hour shifts with approximately 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically Epic; no minimum years of experience required
• Additional Information: 26-week assignment. The role involves primarily outpatient work (approximately 80%) with some inpatient responsibilities (about 20%), and requires experience with Epic electronic health record systems and current BLS certification. Candidates should be prepared for occasional Saturday coverage.
