Description

Job Summary:
A Radiology Technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) is sought for a healthcare facility located in Augusta, Georgia. This position involves performing advanced imaging procedures with a focus on CT scans, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 3x12 night shift, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in ARRT (Radiography and Computed Tomography), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and requisite education and experience including a minimum of 1 year experience in Radiology and less than 1 year experience in CT.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, excellent customer service skills, detail orientation, and proficiency in all aspects of CT including patient positioning, exposure factors, radiation protection, anatomy and pathology understanding, and quality control testing per American College of Radiology (ACR) standards and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Additional Information: The position requires the ability to perform quality control tests, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professional interactions with patients, families, co-workers, and physicians. The contract begins after 05/23/2026.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
