Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This outpatient clinic position involves providing therapy services to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role entails working flexible hours during mornings and evenings, evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Job Details:

• Location: Lincolnshire, Illinois
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1+ years experience as a licensed Physical Therapist with appropriate certifications.
• Schedule: Must be able to work both mornings and evenings, with shift hours of 8 hours; a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include NextGen Screening, Caseload Building, Case Management, Fall Risk Assessment, Gross Motor Assessments, outpatient evaluation for injuries, and treatment of orthopedic cases including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Calf Strain, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and Total Joint Replacement.
