Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Outpatient (OPT) position is located in Tucker, Georgia. The role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient patients, ensuring quality care in accordance with physician directives and organizational standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Tucker, Georgia
• Schedule: M-Th 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; F 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the state of Georgia; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; orthopedic experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the organization or agency
• Additional Information: Promotes patient and employee safety with awareness of key safety areas including safe patient handling, infectious diseases, slips/trips and falls, and work environment. Follows clinic guidelines on appearance, attendance, punctuality, and adheres to professional, state, and organizational standards. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documentation in compliance with legal and insurance guidelines, supervising students, and participating in professional development activities. Maintains licensure, adheres to performance improvement initiatives, and performs ethically according to professional codes of conduct.
