Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist in Brandon, Florida. The ideal candidate will evaluate assigned patients, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, and ensure documentation complies with all regulatory standards. Candidates are required to bring their licensure to the first day of work. This position requires a minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

Job Details:

• Location: Brandon, Florida
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state of Florida; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient settings and involvement in professional development activities.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals to progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay, and documents medical records in compliance with applicable standards. Participates in student supervision, creates professional development plans, and adheres to all regulatory and organizational policies. Demonstrates commitment to safety and quality improvement initiatives.
