Job Summary:
The location is Juneau, Alaska. This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health within the healthcare provider. The role involves providing therapeutic services to patients primarily in a Home Health setting, with occasional Hospice care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

  • Position: Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health
  • Location: Juneau, Alaska
  • Shift Schedule: 8 hour days, no call, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist, willing to wait for license activation, BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Home Health or Hospice care is preferred
  • Additional Information: The assignment is primarily in a Home Health setting, with rare Hospice care. The charting will be done using MEDITECH electronic health record system. The candidate should be able to work flexible hours within the specified schedule.
