Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience - Required
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience - Preferred
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience - Preferred
- Experience treating patients across all age groups - Required
- Hospital-based Physical Therapy experience - Preferred
License
- Active Alaska Physical Therapist License - Required
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program - Required
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
EMR
- Cerner experience - Preferred
