A Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is needed in Huntington, Indiana. Candidates must bring their licensure to the first day of assignment and possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. The position requires an active certification in CPR and is scheduled for days, with a shift duration of 8 hours, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week starting on 06/22/2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Huntington, Indiana
• Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Indiana
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience providing outpatient physical therapy services; involvement in professional development activities
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The outpatient physical therapist will evaluate assigned patients, utilize clinical reasoning to create treatment goals, and document care in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines. The role includes participating in student programs, maintaining licensure, adhering to regulatory standards, and engaging in professional growth initiatives.
