Job Summary:
Grafton, Massachusetts The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in an outpatient setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting Physical Therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions and patient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CAPTE Certified; CPR Certification; valid license for the state of Massachusetts; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: The role involves implementing treatment goals, assisting with therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and patient education. The candidate will train patients in locomotion, demonstrate modalities, monitor patient responses, and maintain a safe, clean treatment environment. Compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies is essential.
