Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Assistant in the outpatient setting located in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, approximately 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited school, CAPTE (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education) certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active license in the state where work will be performed, and no prior assignments with the agency or organization required

• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The employee will assist in carrying out therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and gait training using assistive devices. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, teaching body mechanics, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role involves active communication with patients and interdisciplinary team members, participation in quality improvement projects, and adherence to safety and infection control policies.
