Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant position available in Millbury, Massachusetts. This role involves assisting in delivering therapeutic interventions and supporting the Physical Therapist in meeting patient care goals. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CAPTE certification, CPR certification, and active licensure for the state of Massachusetts. One or more years of outpatient clinical experience are preferred.
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Implements treatment plans, assists with therapeutic interventions including posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and community re-entry training. Trains patients in locomotion using orthotics, prosthetics, or assistive devices, and demonstrates the use of modalities such as whirlpools, ultrasound, and therapeutic pools. Maintains safety standards and documentation, and collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
