Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist (CT Tech) in Florida located in Blountstown. This 13-week position involves working nights with a schedule of 36 hours per week. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves operating X-ray, computed tomography (CT), and imaging equipment, and performing diagnostic procedures in accordance with safety standards. The CT Technologist will work independently during the shift and assist in patient preparation and departmental duties.

Job Details:

• Location: Blountstown, Florida
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology, Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA or AHSI), valid license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist, 0 years of minimum experience, 2 years of preferred experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Good listening and communication skills, ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Additional Information: The radiology technologist performs operations of X-ray, computed tomography (CT), and all other departmental imaging equipment. Responsibilities include patient preparation, operation of diagnostic equipment, departmental and clerical duties, and maintaining compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. The technologist may work independently and must demonstrate proficiency in age-specific patient care.
