Job Details:

• Location: College Park, Georgia
• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Georgia
• Responsible for evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
• Participates in student programs and creates an individual professional development plan.
• Maintains licensure and adheres to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct.
• Demonstrates understanding of organizational performance improvement initiatives and follows action plans.
• Follows all clinic guidelines related to appearance, attendance, punctuality, and safety.
• Performs duties in an ethical manner compliant with professional standards.
