Description

Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Wichita, Kansas. The role involves working at a busy healthcare facility's radiology department, performing advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team.

Job Details:

Shift: Nights; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 PM 7:00 AM (negotiable on a 3 twelve-hour shift schedule); also available for a 7:00 AM 7:00 AM rotating schedule with every other weekend.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must be CT registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and hold a Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) license. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 or more years of experience in CT, familiar with GE scanner technology, and able to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE CT scanners, extensive knowledge of CT procedures such as head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, trauma series, CTA chest/neck/abdomen, cardiac studies, and stroke protocols. Strong team player with dependable and prompt work habits.
Additional Information: The department performs approximately 130 CT scans daily and services trauma and stroke cases. The team works collaboratively in a busy environment, requiring dependable personnel who can adapt to high-volume workflows and support departmental needs.
Float: Float rotation may be required, depending on staffing.
