Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic care is needed in Chandler, Arizona. This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and assisting in patient recovery to facilitate return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Chandler, Arizona
- Schedule: Dayshift hours, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Maintains professional licensure in good standing; CPR Certification; 0 years of experience required, but 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience is preferred
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and ensures documentation is accurate and timely. Participates in student supervision, pursues professional development, and adheres to state practice laws and organizational policies. Demonstrates a commitment to patient and employee safety, and actively engages in performance improvement initiatives.
