Description
Job Summary:
A X-ray Technologist position is available in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing diagnostic radiology services across various modalities, including operating room (OR), fluoroscopy, portable X-ray, emergency department (ED), and general radiography. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position duration is 13 weeks, with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification in American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, proficiency with Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, minimum of 2 years of recent experience within diagnostic radiology specialty, valid licensing in the state of Georgia
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience assisting with operating room (OR) cases, fluoroscopy (fluoro) cases, and general X-ray procedures
- Additional Information: The radiology department is busy and requires a strong, experienced technologist capable of supporting various cases, including OR, fluoro, and general X-ray procedures. Float rotation may be required.
