Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health in Dallas, Georgia. This position involves delivering therapeutic services to patients in home settings following physician orders. The role includes patient evaluations, developing and updating treatment plans, and supervising therapy assistants and home health aides. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Location: Dallas, Georgia
• Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotation weekend call, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Georgia. 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Familiar with general use and functions of the computer, including user names and password concepts; internet; email; desktop navigation; self-management of online HR services and online training programs.
• Additional Information: The assignment duration is 10 weeks. The candidate will visit patients in home health settings, traveling approximately 30 to 40 miles daily. EMR systems used include HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook. Weekend rotation occurs every 4th weekend.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous home health experience is required.
