Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist position is available in Charleston, South Carolina. This role involves performing imaging procedures under the supervision of certified radiologists, assisting with patient care, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Charleston, South Carolina
• Specialty: X-ray Technologist
• Schedule: 13 weeks, Night shift (3rd Shift, Friday to Sunday, 1800-0630) with minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; graduate from an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals; South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification; ARRT Radiography (R) Certification; BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to perform and teach radiologic exams; knowledge of OSHA, DHEC, FDA, and TJC standards; responsible for the safe operation of radiologic equipment; ability to operate standard office equipment
• Additional Information: The role requires adherence to safety policies and procedures, including radiation safety in accordance with ALARA principles. Annual mandatory in-services must be completed, and current licensure maintained. The position involves some call and holiday responsibilities.
