Job Details

  • Location: Aurora, Colorado

  • Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7pm - 7am; shift hours are 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Certified CT Technologist verification, Certified Radiologic Technologist verification, minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Experience or 'Must have' skills: One year of CT technologist experience, proficiency in IV placement, experience with routine MSK, Body, and CTA imaging procedures
  • Departmental notes: The department operates with one CT scanner (32 Slice Optima), and shifts may include coverage of X-ray or Magnetic Resonance Imaging if credentialed; average of 15-20 studies per day
  • Equipment: GE Radiology equipment, InteleBrowser Picture Archive & Communication System (PACS) used for image management
  • Department staffing: Radiology Supervisor or Lead Technician available at all times; no in-house radiologist 24/7, but coverage during M-F 8am-5pm
  • Additional Information: Shift involves weekend and holiday work, with orientation lasting 2-5 days; black scrubs are supplied for hired staff
  • Licensing: License submission is not required for this role
  • Shift notes: 12-hour night shifts on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 7pm to 7am with 36 hours minimum per week
