Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Scan Technologist in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This position involves working nights with four 10-hour shifts per week, specifically from 4 PM to 2 AM. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The role involves operating GE CT scanners and performing specified procedures in a high-volume hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho
- Schedule: Nights; four 10-hour shifts per week, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in CT (Computed Tomography); current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; valid ARRT CT license; minimum of 1 year trauma experience and 1 year stroke experience in CT imaging; candidates must bring their license on the first day
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric CT examinations and advanced skills in CT imaging
- Additional Information:
- Unit operates 24/7 and uses GE Optima 64 slice and GE Revolution EVO 64 slice scanners
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Dress code: Black scrubs
- Staffing includes unit secretaries and technicians available 24/7
- Floating to cover open shifts as needed
