Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist located in Des Moines, Iowa. This position involves working in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day to meet the qualifications for this role.
Job Details:
- Location: Des Moines, Iowa
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 24 months minimum experience in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab), ACTIVE ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or CCI ( Cardiovascular Credentialing International)/RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, drivers license, ability to scrub independently and proficiently, willingness to take call, travel experience within the previous 18 months
- Preferred Qualifications: Structural heart experience, Interventional Radiology experience, electrophysiology experience, peripheral vascular experience
- Additional Information: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; must work across all Des Moines campuses; holiday requirement to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day); submission requires a professional reference within the last 24 months; orientation dates are scheduled for June 22, June 29, and July 6 with priority given to June 22 and 29; must have skills checklist specific to Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab.
