• Additional Information: Billing cycle is weekly. Overtime hours worked beyond 40 hours per week are billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr, with the same rate applied during holidays. For 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the agency invoices the all-inclusive rate for the entire shift; no elevated billing is permitted for hours 9 through 12. Credentialing should be submitted in one batch, with updates provided but compliance sent collectively once completed. Housing options are available locally, with important contact information provided. The workweek begins Monday at 12:01 a.m. and ends Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
