Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specialized in Computed Tomography (CT) located in Morristown, New Jersey. Candidates must hold current certification as a CT Technologist and bring their license on the first day. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with professionalism and expertise, ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment and supplies, and adhering to all regulatory standards.

Job Details:

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Schedule: Days shift, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including call; minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: HS diploma/GED, completion of a radiographer technical training program from a school of radiography or college-based radiography program; ARRT Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification, ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) certification, New Jersey State X-Ray License, BLS Certification; candidates must maintain current licensure and certification as required for the position and bring their license on the first day.
Preferred Qualifications: None specified
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The CT technologist will demonstrate professionalism and service excellence when performing procedures, communicate effectively with patients and staff, verify patient identification and allergies, adhere to infection control protocols, and assist with inventory and equipment maintenance. The role includes performing routine and emergent procedures, ensuring immediate image processing in cases such as Code Grey or trauma, and maintaining quality standards per ACR specifications.
