Job Summary
A CT Technologist position is available in Omaha, Nebraska, at a healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality computed tomography (CT) exams, including a variety of procedures such as neuro, body, musculoskeletal, and interventional radiology (IR) procedures. Candidates are required to bring their licenses on the first day. This role involves night shifts, with scheduled hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including call and holiday duties as scheduled.

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska
- Schedule: Night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with call and holiday assignments as needed and scheduled.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Computed Tomography (CT) certified (ARRT(CT)(R)), State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer License, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification, minimum of 1 year of experience, Level I trauma center experience, and willingness to wait for license submission.
- Ability to perform all procedures offered by the department, including advanced IR procedures such as biopsies and ablations.
- Effective communication and multi-tasking skills, with proficiency in computer systems including EPIC electronic medical records and Mckesson PACS.
- Experience with GE equipment, including 8 CT scanners varying from 16 to 256 slices.
- Willingness to float within the CT department at different locations under the same management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Hospital experience, experience with complex procedures such as colonography, enterography, and urograms, and prior work at the same healthcare provider within the past 12 months.
- Additional Information: Non-billable orientation hours totaling 12 hours, with a 6-week orientation period including departmental specific training and mid-point evaluations. Call and holiday shifts are required as scheduled.
