Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an MRI Technologist in Anchorage, Alaska. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures focusing on major brains and spines, as well as abdominal and extremity imaging. The position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day and is an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least one year of experience in MRI imaging.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 4x10 Variable Shift, Night shift hours, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license (or pending license accepted, takes 10-12 weeks), BLS certification, ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) and ARRT MRI certification, minimum of 1 year of MRI experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic charting experience, references covering 1 year of recent clinical work, specific charting experience (Epic).
- Float: Float rotation not required.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. All time off requests must be approved on an individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal. Travel experience is not required.
