Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for a night shift position. The role involves providing advanced respiratory care to adult and geriatric patients, including procedures such as extubation, intubation assistance, airway management, and mechanical ventilation weaning. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Shift: Nights, every other weekend
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma license; graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy education program (CoARC or CAAHP) with a minimum of 20 quarter hours of science; one year of previous charge experience; certifications including BLS, ACLS, RRT, CRT, NRP, PALS; at least 0 years of experience in the field.

• Additional Information: The role requires experience in adult critical care and emergency department procedures such as extubation, intubation, airway management, arterial blood gas interpretation, pulmonary hygiene, and ventilator management. The position involves working in a hospital with specialty units such as a Burn ICU and Cardiac ICU, utilizing equipment like nitric oxide (NOx) ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula systems. The organization supports the float to like units within scope as needed, with an orientation provided onsite.
