Job Summary:
The registered nurse or technologist position in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory is located in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves providing specialized care and assisting with interventional cardiovascular procedures within a busy Cardiac Cath Lab. Candidates are required to bring their nursing or technologist license on the first day.

Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cardiac Cath Lab) Technician/Registered Nurse
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN) for nursing positions or RCIS (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification for technologist positions; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Minimum of 1 recent year of electrophysiology (EP) experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab; Experience in Cardiac Cath Laboratory procedures.
Schedule: Day shift with 10-hour shifts, four days a week; night shift on call, every 5th weekend (7:00 am Saturday to 7:00 am Monday) for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Position requires working in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab performing diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, structural heart procedures, and related cardiovascular interventions.
