Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT PEDS) to provide specialized respiratory care in West Burlington, Iowa. This role involves assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders across various age groups, including neonates, infants, toddlers, school age children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating therapeutic procedures, maintaining patient records, and operating respiratory care equipment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: West Burlington, Iowa
• Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS)
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend required, on-call required once each scheduling period, with the possibility of covering other shifts as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Previous Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience within the last 12 months, with some pediatric experience preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • One shift of mandatory low census may be implemented per week, depending on the patient load.
  • Total minimum hours per week: 36.0
  • On-call responsibilities are required each scheduling period.
