Job Summary:
A licensed Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care is sought for a position in Jonesboro, Georgia. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality documentation in accordance with all regulatory guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position offers a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day.

Job Details:

• Location: Jonesboro, Georgia
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops appropriate treatment plans aligned with goals and length of stay
  • Maintains accurate, timely medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional assessments, and billing entries
  • Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance coverage parameters
  • Participates in student clinical programs, providing supervision and evaluation
  • Develops an individualized professional growth plan and pursues ongoing education and professional development
  • Adheres to discipline specific State Practice Act and maintains licensure in good standing
  • Demonstrates commitment to organizational performance improvement initiatives
