Job Details

Schedule: Days; Monday/Wednesday 10:30 AM7:00 PM, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 AM3:30 PM, with additional availability as needed to support two late shift closings to 7:00 PM; minimum 40 hours per week.

Position Title/Type: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with facility requirements and clinical standards.
Required Qualifications: Physical Therapist licensure; education and certification/credentials as required to practice Physical Therapy in the state of assignment.
