Job Summary:
The Outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (24-40 hours per week).
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; Valid Georgia Physical Therapist license; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with student supervision and professional development activities.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and participating in ongoing professional development. Candidates should adhere to state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
