Description

Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo (Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer) position located in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves performing adult echocardiograms, both inpatient and outpatient studies, utilizing EPIC and Philips brand echo machines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, variable start and end times, including weekend day shifts, and on-call rotation along with holidays, Monday through Sunday staffing.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; ARDMS or RCS certification; North Dakota State License; BLS certification; experience with adult echocardiograms, Definity, Agitated Saline, TEE, Exercise Stress, and Dobutamine Stress Echo; familiarity with equipment including EPIC, CUPID, TOM TECH, and Philips echocardiography machines.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 4-5 years of echocardiography experience preferred but not required; pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Additional Information: Flexibility required; ability to work independently at times; rotate between day shifts, weekends, and call shifts; echocardiogram cases typically range from 5 to 8 per day, averaging around 7. Experience with EPIC for charting is essential.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
