Description

Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a highly qualified Occupational Therapist to support inpatient rehabilitation services at the main campus in Galveston, Texas. This position involves delivering physical therapy interventions to patients within an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

Required Qualifications: Masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited program; currently licensed in the State of Texas; a minimum of 2 years of acute care experience; BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm; 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Assignment length is 12 weeks. HCSS virtual new employee orientation is scheduled for Monday, June 22nd, or Monday, July 6th. Training includes an Epic in-patient class at the Galveston campus on June 24th or July 8th.
EMR Type: Epic.
