Job Summary:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active/applicable license for the State of Florida; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of outpatient clinical experience; outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
