Job Summary
CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Naples, Florida
The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) is responsible for producing quality CT (Computed Tomography) scans while providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures according to department protocols, maintaining radiation safety practices, and ensuring proper documentation and communication of findings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (6:30p7a); 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program; ARRT Registered in Radiology (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists); CT registered within 1 year of hire or transfer; Licensed as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the State of Florida; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association); EPIC experience required and successful completion of an EPIC assessment on the first day of assignment; experience expectations: acute care experience of 2 years or outpatient/rural experience of 5 years; experience with high volumes.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ARRT-CT; experience with Siemens (within the last year, preferably).
  • Additional Information: RTR required; CT and Florida (FL) license required; experience with high volumes is required; may be required to float to another site; holidays: 2 major and 2 minor required; travel experience is preferred; Cardiac CT angiography experience may be relevant, noting that cardiac biopsies are typically not performed on weekends or second shift.
