Job Summary
Physical Therapist, Inpatient/Outpatient Woodruff, Wisconsin. The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including rounding and discharge planning for hip and knee patients. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am5:00pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Physical Therapy (PT) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Hip and Knee Replacement experience; Inpatient experience with discharge for hip and knee patients; Inpatient rounding experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Additional Information:
  • Floating may be required between Woodruff and Minocqua locations
  • Care includes patients with spine-related issues, shoulder pain, total hip and knee pain, hip pain/surgery, balance/fall risk, and total hip and knee replacement needs
  • Treats up to 13 patients per day with 45-minute appointments
  • Discharge planning for hip and knee patients is required
  • Charting system: Cerner
  • Dress code: business casual; scrubs optional for inpatient
  • Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks
