Description

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) Arlington, Texas

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist supports interventional cardiac and related procedures within a cardiovascular and interventional services setting. This role works with interventional modalities including interventional cardiac, interventional neuro, and interventional peripheral vascular, following facility Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and unit guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

Schedule: Day Shift, 10 hours; minimum 40 hours per week
On-Call: Generally 810 days of call, with full call team capability 24/7 to support two call teams at all times
Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); cath lab experience; ability to perform all modalities (cardiac Cath, interventional radiology (IR), and IR neuro); scrub attire in accordance with unit guidelines/policies
Preferred Qualifications: IR/special procedures experience
Additional Information: Unit workflow includes 1:1 staffing for procedures and 3:1 staffing for holding; equipment/technology includes Meditech and MacLab; unit supports interventional cardiac, structural heart, interventional neuro, intervention peripheral vascular, and IR/special procedures
Submission Requirements: Must be able to provide full call team capability as described for the on-call rotation
