Job Summary: Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), Occupational Therapy Inpatient Fort Mohave, Arizona. The organization is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient evaluation and treatment within an Acute Rehab Unit. Responsibilities include providing patient-centered care while collaborating with the rehabilitation care team. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM; minimum 40.0 hours per week, with every other weekend coverage as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Masters degree; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; occupational therapy assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of practice; open to new graduates and clinicians with additional experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Open to new graduates.
• Float: Float rotation may be required for evaluation and treatment of medical-surgical and ICU patients as needed.
• Additional Information: The Acute Rehab Unit serves a patient population with diagnoses such as strokes, hip fractures, debility, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), Parkinsons disease, and multiple sclerosis (MS). The EHR systems include medhost and nethealth (redoc).
