Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable state licensure; minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the organization; prior experience with outpatient therapy services
• Additional Information: The role includes comprehensive patient evaluations, care planning, and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The therapist will participate in a student program and pursue ongoing professional development. Adherence to regulatory and organizational performance improvement initiatives is essential.
