Description
Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a facility located in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves performing computerized tomographic (CT) radiological procedures and general diagnostic radiology examinations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires working across various shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights, with weekend rotations.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; ARRT (CT) registration or eligibility; BLS certification; minimum of 0 years of experience; Michigan residency (or eligible to work in Michigan).
- Schedule: 8 hours shifts, working 40 hours per week. Shifts include days from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., afternoons starting at 3 p.m. with flexible shifts, and midnights from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Additional Information: Duration of assignment is 13 weeks, with an interview conducted via MS Teams. Resource needs include 2 full-time day shift positions and 2 split shifts covering afternoons and nights.
- Certifications & Skills: Must possess ARRT (CT) certification, BLS certification, and experience with computerized tomographic radiological procedures, general diagnostic radiology, patient preparation, clinical data review, CT scan operation, intravenous contrast media administration, sterile equipment setup, and radiation protection principles.
