Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Radiation Therapy Therapist in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This role involves providing external beam radiation treatments utilizing Varian TrueBeam Linacs. Candidates must bring their license on the first day and have a minimum of three to five years of radiation therapy experience. The position offers 8-hour daytime shifts and a 13-week contract duration.
Job Details:
- Location: La Crosse, WI
- Shift Hours: 8-hour days (730 AM 400 PM, with potential to stay as late as 6 PM)
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
- Required Certifications: ARRT (Radiation Therapy) & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Education: Associate Degree or Certificate
- Years of Experience: 0.0 (minimum 3-5+ years of radiation therapy experience required)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with flexibility required based on daily assignments
- Additional Information:
- Traveler choice
- GSA is not guaranteed during orientation week
- Guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed
- Billing will be Monday through Sunday, with 8 hours unbillable for orientation
- Candidate must initiate medical compliance within 48 hours of accepting the offer, or within 24 hours for a quick start
- No float requirement
